Hi, when I was a kid I grew up in the surrey hills,every Saturday I would go off with the local milkman to help him on his round. I remember going to a house outside Dorking and being so impressed with these people that had a lion in their tennis court , I used to wait for my day to go off with the milkman because I longed to see the lion and the family were always very nice and let me see him. When I grew up I just had this memory of a lion in someone’s garden and as time went on I thought that maybe I had made it up because it seemed so unlikely. One day a few years ago I saw a documentary advertised about Christian, I was so taken aback when I saw the programme because it confirmed my memories and it was Christian I was seeing! . The other bizarre bit about this is that I grew up and followed in my fathers trade and became a chimney sweep, well much to my surprise a couple of years ago I had a phone call from Viginia Travers and I am now sweeping the chimneys at her property so in 1969 I saw christian and now I go there every year to sweep the chimneys. I really enjoy being a chimney sweep and the way things work out but this is my best coincidence to date. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have thankyou Joe Lund chimney sweep.
